firsttt time bla start keja, i've a difficulty in dealing with different people punya attitude. hard okay. after all,i realize,hey this is just your beginning entering dunia luar. sob sob dah makin menua nampaknya. my previous boss pnah kata "it's doesn't mean i'm looking down with people who work as a lower grade staff. but then u've to think on yourself. if u want to follow their attitude,sooner or later u'll be on their level too. they've stay on that level because of their attitude. after all,u're not climbing up."
then i smile & look at her "so what should i do?" and smile.
"change. u've to grow even better. not to getting lower or stay in your comfort zone"
ya! put a excellent leader as your role model. ada ke tgk manager yang jenis datang lambat g keja? yang jenis klu ada problem dalam department akan lepas tangan? yang jenis keja sambil lewa? ada? klu ada he's not a leader,he's a boss indeed.
